Strategic Project Lead for AI Data Operations

In the role of Strategic Project Lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our top AI Labs customers, leading a team of skilled domain experts to train cutting-edge AI models. Your focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of data integrity, scalability, and quality while overseeing the design and execution of workflows that manage large-scale data pipelines.

• Own the project end-to-end, ensuring exceptional satisfaction for top AI Lab clients.
• Manage and optimize data pipelines to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead a team of human data managers and oversee the tasks of domain experts.
• Communicate directly with top AI Labs on large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with human data engineers to define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact.
• Report directly to the CEO and Head of Human Data.

• Exceptional soft skills and the ability to work long hours, including weekends.
• Startup and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong background in data operations, engineering, or computer science.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, managing large-scale data projects or optimizing workflows.
• Passion for building from the ground up and rapidly executing solutions to identified inefficiencies.

This is a full-time remote position.

The compensation for this role ranges from $300, 000 to $500, 000 annually. All employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, subject to company policies.
