Role Overview
Lead end-to-end delivery of data projects for leading AI lab customers. You will turn customer needs into clear specifications, build and improve data pipelines, and coordinate operations teams and domain experts to deliver high-quality work quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Own projects from pipeline framing and scoping through execution and final delivery.
- Translate customer needs into actionable project specifications.
- Design and continuously improve data pipelines for usability, clarity, quality, and scalability.
- Coordinate operations teams and domain experts for rapid deployment.
- Set delivery milestones and maintain a disciplined execution cadence.
- Manage clear, direct, and consistent client communication.
- Lead domain experts and project leads to support quality and on-time delivery.
- Provide daily internal updates covering progress, blockers, and next steps.
Qualifications

- Background in data operations, engineering, computer science, or technical project management.
- At least 2 years of experience leading complex projects or operational workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI or machine-learning companies, AI labs, or data annotation and evaluation projects.
- Experience managing technical or data-intensive projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, AI training workflows, and human-in-the-loop operations.
- Technical background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Work Terms
- Full-time, remote position.
Compensation
- The posting lists annual compensation of $300, 000 to $500, 000.
- The stated national base-salary range is $120, 000 to $160, 000 USD.
- Employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses, depending on role and company policies.
