Lead the operational delivery of projects advancing LLM browsing capabilities. This role calls for a highly organized, analytical self-starter who can take ownership of unfamiliar challenges and carry them through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Track project and annotator performance in Google Sheets.
- Review annotator work for quality.
- Manage communications with contributors.
- Support the day-to-day operations needed to keep LLM training projects on track.
Qualifications
- High agency, strong organizational skills, and an analytical mindset.
- A demonstrated commitment to successful project outcomes.
- Ability to independently assess an unfamiliar problem and own it from start to finish.
- Operations or project management experience is preferred.
Work Terms
- Remote, hourly engagement.
Compensation
- $50 to $60 per hour.
