Role Overview
Help shape AI evaluation tasks grounded in the real operational, regulatory, and public-accountability demands of government. This role focuses on creating scenarios, reference materials, and assessment rubrics that reflect senior decision-making across federal, state, and major municipal settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Create public-sector scenarios involving large-scale budget appropriations, multi-agency coordination, and complex regulatory or legislative review processes at federal, state, and municipal levels.
- Develop tasks covering public policy analysis, constituent service delivery, intergovernmental relations, public communications, and regulatory compliance.
- Build public administration scenarios using government ERP and case-management systems, public-records platforms, GIS tools, and agency CRM systems.
- Apply policy impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, administrative rulemaking, and stakeholder-engagement frameworks to produce reference policy briefs, agency strategies, and executive or legislative communications.
- Write rubrics that differentiate sound public-sector judgment from generic administrative or textbook responses.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of senior-level experience with a federal, state, or large municipal government agency, or a major public policy, civic technology, or intergovernmental organization.
- Experience owning agency programs, public policy initiatives, or constituent-facing service delivery at scale.
- Strong working knowledge of government processes and tools, including public budgeting, procurement, legislative review, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience authoring rubrics, public-sector training curricula, or policy documentation is a plus.
Work Terms
- Remote, hourly engagement.
Compensation
- $50 to $60 per hour.
