Lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of a Data Partnerships function that sources operational workflow data from companies for AI training and evaluation. Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the overall strategy for acquiring and growing Data Partnerships across industries.
- Build, hire, mentor, and lead a team of Data Partnerships Managers, establishing roles, processes, and performance expectations.
- Design and operationalize pipeline generation strategies, outbound motions, and scalable partnership playbooks.
- Personally lead relationships with high-value partner companies and senior/executive stakeholders.
- Coach the team on discovery, qualification, negotiation, and consultative partnership development.
- Create repeatable frameworks to evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities for maximum impact.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Legal, and Data teams to improve partner onboarding and the overall partner experience.
- Build reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in acquisition efforts.
- Help shape pricing, partnership structures, commercial strategy, and market positioning for data partnerships.
- Foster a culture of execution, customer obsession, and continuous improvement within the team.

- Strong executive presence, with experience building trusted relationships with founders, operators, and senior business leaders.
- Exceptional commercial judgment and negotiation skills, and familiarity with consultative sales methodologies and complex partnership cycles.
- Comfortable discussing AI, data privacy, security, confidentiality, and data ownership with executive stakeholders.
- Highly entrepreneurial, with a bias toward execution and willingness to build systems and playbooks from scratch.
- Preferred: experience leading Strategic Partnerships or Business Development in AI, SaaS, data, marketplaces, or technology companies; experience in Venture Capital or platform roles with startup ecosystem networks; experience in Private Equity portfolio operations or value creation; familiarity with data licensing, data acquisition, or emerging AI infrastructure markets.
