Role Overview

Contribute engineering expertise to train next-generation AI systems by creating realistic code artifacts, reviewing technical samples, and producing clear written feedback. This contractor role focuses on using Go as the primary implementation language, with significant work in Python and TypeScript, to help shape how models learn and reason about software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement code examples and small solutions using Go, Python, and TypeScript to simulate real-world development scenarios for AI training.
  • Review, analyze, and critique sample code and technical materials, providing detailed written feedback to improve AI understanding of software engineering concepts.
  • Author high-quality code samples, unit tests, and documentation that serve as training data for AI models.
  • Identify edge cases, best practices, and common pitfalls in software design and implementation to refine model outputs.
  • Participate in collaborative reviews and discussions focused on communicating complex technical ideas clearly.
  • Refine prompts and queries used to evaluate and improve AI-generated code outputs.
Qualifications
  • Expert-level proficiency in Go, demonstrated through substantial hands-on project experience, preferred as your primary language.
  • Strong command of Python and TypeScript, able to write clean, idiomatic code in both languages.
  • Experience reviewing or analyzing code for correctness, performance, clarity, and maintainability.
  • Familiarity with software architecture, common design patterns, and modern development workflows.
  • Knowledge of code documentation best practices and experience contributing to collaborative software projects.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts precisely and clearly.
  • Interest in advancing AI and machine learning through high-quality human input, direct AI experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation
