Experts contribute subject matter knowledge across domains such as finance, healthcare, STEM, engineering, and more, transforming real-world expertise into high-quality training data, evaluations, and feedback loops that improve how AI systems learn, reason, and perform.

About the Role
A leading AI lab is hiring senior software engineers from top companies to evaluate AI-generated code, create challenging engineering problems, and help push model performance on real-world software tasks.
Scope of Work
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design.
- Write challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases.
- Review model reasoning on architecture, debugging, and system design.
- Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a software engineer at a top technology company, with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years.
- Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
- Based in an English-speaking country.
- Ability to explain technical decisions clearly in writing.
