Angular Developer for AI Model Training

Apply deep Angular expertise to evaluate and improve front-end engineering work that trains next-generation AI systems. You will review real-world code, provide precise feedback, and help shape how models learn and reason. No prior AI experience is required, your domain knowledge and engineering judgment are the priority. This role contributes to micro1, an AI data lab that converts expert domain knowledge across finance, healthcare, STEM engineering, and other fields into high-quality training data and evaluations. The company vets contributors through an AI recruiter and aims to scale expert contributions to improve frontier AI systems.

• Analyze, review, and critique real-world software engineering tasks focused on Angular development.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to front-end codebases, emphasizing scalability and maintainability best practices.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to guide model learning and performance on Angular-related tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simulate realistic development scenarios, identify edge cases, and surface complex challenges.
• Apply advanced knowledge of RxJS and SCSS or SASS to assess and validate intricate code patterns and front-end workflows.
• Document findings and proposed solutions with strong attention to written detail.
• Communicate verbally with stakeholders, sharing insights and recommendations effectively.

• Extensive hands-on experience building front-end applications with Angular.
• Expert-level proficiency with RxJS for reactive programming and state management.
• Deep understanding of SCSS or SASS for creating scalable, maintainable stylesheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and impact.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving ability in complex coding scenarios.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
