Role Overview
This role supports a research project for a leading frontier AI lab by creating, reviewing, and evaluating high-quality sales operations scenarios and training content. You will apply hands-on experience in capacity planning, performance management, territory reviews, and enablement to convert sales-performance data into clear manager actions, practical workflows, templates, and training that frontline teams will adopt.
Key Responsibilities- Create and review sales capacity and demand-based staffing plans.
- Design and operate performance scorecards and performance management practices.
- Develop territory and account review processes, including facilitation of manager reviews and tracking follow-through.
- Map commercial processes and handoffs to reduce friction between teams.
- Design and deliver enablement programs and training materials that are usable by frontline managers and sellers.
- Produce repeatable workflows, templates, and guidance for manager actions based on performance data.
- Contribute labeled, high-quality training data for frontier AI systems used in the research project.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in sales operations, revenue enablement, territory planning, capacity planning, or commercial program management.
- Experience building or operating capacity plans, performance scorecards, territory and account review processes, and enablement programs for revenue teams.
- Background in at least one of the following business types, ideally: B2B media sales, advertising or ad-tech, SaaS with complex sales planning, agencies, or publisher revenue teams.
- Experience with one or more of these practices: demand-based staffing and capacity planning, performance scorecards and performance management, territory and account plan reviews, commercial process design and handoff mapping, enablement program and training delivery, facilitating manager reviews and tracking follow-through.
- Ability to translate sales-performance data into practical, non over-engineered actions and materials for managers and frontline teams.

- Full-time commitment from 10 August 2026 to 4 September 2026.
- Project operates on a United Kingdom business-hours rhythm, with live team sessions each working day and occasional evening messages.
- The project includes two weeks of garden leave at the end of the engagement.
- A one month non-compete applies concurrently with the garden leave period.
- Successful contributors are more likely to be considered for future related projects.
150 - 150 hourly.
