Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level insights and feedback to enhance AI model understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate remotely with a diverse team to develop and curate high-quality manufacturing datasets.
  • Analyze complex manufacturing scenarios to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for AI training purposes.
  • Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and industry alignment, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.
  • Document and communicate process improvements, technical knowledge, and workflow adjustments with clarity and precision.
  • Apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance model performance and data fidelity.
  • Contribute to a positive, knowledge-driven team culture dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
  • Expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control in a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to manufacturing industries.
  • Advanced proficiency with manufacturing equipment, technical troubleshooting, and process documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and solve technical problems efficiently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally in remote teams and adapting to evolving project needs.
  • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and commitment to delivering expert-level results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with AI training, machine learning, or data curation in a manufacturing context.
  • Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or related process improvement methodologies.
  • Background in technical writing or instructional documentation for manufacturing systems.
Work Terms

This is a contract position with remote work flexibility.

Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from $20 to $40, commensurate with experience.
