Role Overview
Apply your securities and commodities expertise to create realistic evaluation tasks that help train next-generation AI systems. You will turn authentic market scenarios into rigorous, multi-step assessments that test market judgment, compliance awareness, client communication, and decision-making. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design evaluation tasks that simulate securities and commodities trading, client advisory, and compliance reasoning.
- Work with varied source materials, including CSV files, PDFs, spreadsheets, market data, client documentation, technical documentation, and regulatory references.
- Source, compile, and curate supporting materials for authentic market scenarios.
- Define and justify appropriate market decisions or advisory actions while accounting for applicable compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Create comprehensive rubrics with 35 or more criteria to assess market judgment, compliance sensitivity, and client communication accuracy.
- Ensure tasks reflect the complexity of day-to-day financial operations rather than simplified scenarios.
- Collaborate with technical teams to clarify task intent and refine benchmarking standards.
Qualifications
- Strong sales expertise, market judgment, compliance sensitivity, and experience with client documentation.
- Active Series 7/63 license or an international equivalent demonstrating regulatory proficiency.
- At least 4 years of experience at a brokerage, bank, or trading platform, including meaningful exposure to compliance-driven workflows.
- Direct experience executing trades and providing client advisory services in securities and commodities markets.
- Ability to review and interpret market data, technical documentation, and regulatory materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, precise technical documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to create nuanced real-world financial tasks and grading rubrics.
- Remote, independent experience delivering complex work is a plus.
Work Terms
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
- Compensation is output-based and paid per task that meets project specifications. Completion time may vary based on experience and workflow.
- Minimum submission requirements apply, including a minimum number of tasks submitted each week.
- Selected candidates should be ready to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing onboarding.
Compensation
$40 to $90 per hour.
