Role Overview
Retail marketing and CRM professionals use their expertise in promotional planning, customer engagement, and competitive monitoring to help evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance. This flexible, project-based contract work helps improve AI understanding of retail marketing workflows and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Create expert-level training data using hands-on knowledge of retail marketing tools and workflows.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses and provide detailed feedback on their accuracy and relevance.
- Apply experience in promotional campaign planning, customer nurture email workflows, and competitive monitoring.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in retail marketing or CRM, such as a Marketing Manager, CRM Manager, or an equivalent retail-industry role.
- Hands-on experience with retail marketing workflows, including promotional campaign planning, customer nurture email workflows, and competitive monitoring.
- Strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.
- No prior AI experience is required.
Work Terms
- Remote, hourly contract engagement with a flexible, asynchronous schedule.
- No minimum hour requirement. Contributors typically work approximately 5 to 20 hours per week while participating in an active project.
- This work can be performed alongside research, teaching, postdoctoral work, or industry employment.
- Project placement depends on current needs, and qualified applicants may be considered for future projects as they become available.
Compensation
Up to $80/hr (depending on the project).
Eligibility
- F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
- If your school requires a CPT course, this engagement may not meet your school''s requirements.
- STEM OPT is not supported.
