Retail Logistics Manager for AI Model Training

Retail logistics professionals can apply freight management and transportation expertise to improve AI training and evaluation projects.

• Create expert-level training questions and scenarios based on real retail logistics and transportation workflows.
• Review AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world freight management and logistics practices.
• Provide structured written feedback that helps improve AI model performance.

• 5+ years of professional experience in retail logistics or transportation management.
• Experience in roles such as Transportation Manager, Logistics Manager, Logistics Analyst, TMS Analyst, Distribution Manager, Freight Operations Manager, or Supply Chain Visibility Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with freight invoice auditing and delivery route planning.
• Familiarity with Oracle OTM, FourKites, or similar transportation management and supply chain visibility platforms.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

• Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.
• Complete tasks at your own pace, with no set schedule or minimum hour requirement.

Up to $80/hr (depending on the project).

• F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
• If your school requires a CPT course, this work may not satisfy those requirements.
• STEM OPT is not supported.
