Retail Logistics Expert for AI Model Training

Retail Logistics Managers apply logistics and transportation expertise to create and assess training material that improves AI performance for freight management, distribution, and delivery workflows. In this part-time, remote role you will author realistic scenarios and questions, evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, and provide written feedback to refine model outputs.

• Create expert-level training questions and realistic scenarios grounded in retail logistics and transportation workflows.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for technical accuracy and relevance to real-world freight management and logistics practices.
• Provide structured written feedback that helps improve model performance and response quality.
• Complete assigned tasks at your own pace, with no set schedule or minimum hour requirement.

• 5+ years of professional experience in retail logistics or transportation management in roles such as Transportation Manager, Logistics Manager, Logistics Analyst, TMS Analyst, Distribution Manager, Freight Operations Manager, or Supply Chain Visibility Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with workflows such as freight invoice auditing and delivery route planning.
• Familiarity with Oracle OTM, FourKites, or similar transportation management and supply chain visibility platforms.
• Strong written communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

• Flexible schedule, no required minimum hours, tasks completed asynchronously at your own pace.

• Up to $80/hr (depending on the project).

• F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate. Work with your Designated School Official to confirm your eligibility.
• If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this platform may not satisfy your school’s requirements.
• STEM OPT is not supported for these projects.
