Role Overview
Rental and Leasing Professionals apply their customer-facing and operational experience to evaluate and improve AI outputs related to rental, leasing, and counter-service tasks. You will create industry-specific prompts, review large language model responses for accuracy and relevance, and provide domain expertise that helps AI systems better represent real-world workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Use hands-on rental and leasing experience to assess and improve AI responses about industry tasks and language.
- Develop and refine prompts or scenarios that reflect typical rental and leasing interactions.
- Evaluate, rate, and annotate large language model outputs for correctness, usefulness, and tone.
- Work independently on asynchronous assignments, delivering clear, domain-informed feedback.
- Learn and apply basic evaluation methods while contributing across different project topics related to the industry.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in one or more of the following or similar roles: Counter and Rental Clerk, Concierge.
- Comfortable working primarily asynchronously and collaborating with external AI research teams.
- Strong written communication skills to document evaluations and suggest improvements.
- Remote, asynchronous work from any location.
- Part-time engagement, flexible hours, no minimum weekly hours required.
- Project placements depend on availability; the program runs year-round with project opportunities opening periodically.
- Assignments may vary by project and scope, and placement into projects is not guaranteed immediately.
- Up to $60/hr (depending on the project)
- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may qualify to participate. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
- If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not satisfy that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported for participation.
- Create an account on the program platform and complete the profile setup.
- Verify your identity as required for participation.
- Join available projects and complete any onboarding steps specific to those projects.
- Begin assigned work once matched to a project and start receiving compensation for completed tasks.
