About this role

Role Overview

Rental and Leasing Professionals apply their hands-on rental, leasing, and customer service expertise to evaluate and improve how AI systems understand real-world industry tasks and language. You will work on short, project-based assignments that require domain knowledge of rental and front-desk operations and judgment about accurate, professional responses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use your rental and leasing experience to review and assess AI outputs for accuracy and relevance to industry tasks.
  • Develop and refine industry-specific prompts and task descriptions used to evaluate large language model responses.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback on model responses, including corrections, alternative phrasings, and contextual notes.
  • Complete assigned evaluation tasks independently on an asynchronous schedule.
  • Participate in a variety of projects across industries as opportunities open.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of work experience in one or more of the following or similar roles: Counter and Rental Clerk, Concierge.
  • Practical familiarity with rental, leasing, or front-desk workflows, terminology, and customer interactions.
  • Ability to perform primarily asynchronous work and collaborate with AI research teams through written instructions and deliverables.
Work Terms
  • Remote, asynchronous work, completed independently from your location.
  • Part time engagement, with flexible hours and no minimum weekly commitment required.
  • Placement on specific projects depends on project availability and matching to your background.
Compensation

Up to $60/hr (depending on the project)

Eligibility
  • F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be able to participate. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm whether a given project meets your school requirements.
  • If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not satisfy that requirement.
  • STEM OPT is not supported for this work.
  • Refer to the program help resources for additional details on acceptable work authorizations.
Project Availability

The program operates year-round and new project opportunities open periodically across different areas of expertise. Assignment to projects is not guaranteed and depends on current availability and fit with your experience.
