Apply quantitative and STEM expertise to help improve how next generation AI systems learn, reason, and solve real technical problems. This remote contract role centers on documenting practical use of AI coding agents in complex engineering workflows.
Role OverviewYou will provide high quality, real world input that supports AI training, evaluation, and feedback processes. Prior AI experience is not required, your domain expertise is the foundation of the work.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate and document advanced workflows using Codex, Claude Science, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork in technical projects.
- Use AI agents to analyze large codebases, debug complex issues, and develop new features, clearly explaining your process and decisions.
- Document scenario based applications beyond basic coding support, including architectural changes, ambiguous technical challenges, and sequential code generation.
- Create detailed written deliverables for STEM contexts, including step by step process breakdowns and outcomes.
- Participate in virtual discussions or feedback sessions with project stakeholders.
- Provide structured insights that help refine AI models'' reasoning and problem solving using real world experience.
- Current STEM professional with hands on experience using AI coding agents in technical workflows.
- Proficiency with Codex, Claude Science, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork, especially for generating sequential outputs rather than chat based interactions.
- Ability to solve complex, ambiguous, or open ended technical problems with AI agent tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clear, detailed technical documentation.
- Experience working with large codebases, debugging, feature development, or significant code architecture changes supported by AI agents.
- Ability to translate complex processes into material that can support AI training, educational content, or evaluations.
- Interest in sharing practical strategies that advance AI driven technical problem solving.
