Role Overview

Apply advanced physics expertise to train next-generation AI systems by producing, reviewing, and refining high-quality physics content and feedback. This role influences how models learn and reason by translating complex physical theories and real-world data into clear, technically accurate inputs for AI training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate real-world physics data, concepts, and scenarios to improve AI model training.
  • Generate, review, and refine technical content, problem sets, and educational materials representing advanced physics topics.
  • Provide expert scientific feedback on complex questions and model outputs to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
  • Translate intricate theories and phenomena into accessible explanations suitable for AI interpretation.
  • Participate in data quality assurance by identifying gaps, errors, and areas for improvement in training materials.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to align deliverables with evolving objectives and project needs.
Qualifications
  • Required skills: advanced physics knowledge, scientific data analysis, technical writing, strong verbal communication, analytical thinking, educational content development, problem-solving, data quality assurance, stakeholder collaboration, and adaptability.
  • Preferred: Doctorate (PhD) in Physics from an accredited institution.
  • Experience developing or reviewing educational or technical physics materials is strongly preferred.
  • Interest or familiarity with AI, data science, or digital training environments is a plus, but no prior AI experience is required.
Work Terms
  • Engagement type: contractor.
  • Location: remote.
  • Project focus: contribution to an AI development project for a customer, producing training data and expert feedback to shape model behavior.
Compensation
  • Pay rate: $80.00 to $90.00 per hour.
Eligibility
  • Candidates should possess the advanced physics knowledge and the communication skills listed above. A PhD in Physics is preferred.
  • No prior professional AI experience is required; domain expertise is the primary qualification.
