Product Owner

Role Overview

Lead the development of intuitive, high-quality software products by turning complex problems into focused releases that users enjoy. You will partner closely with engineering, data, and business teams in a fast-moving, remote-first environment, with particular relevance for experience in AI, data, developer tools, or other product-led technology organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Build customer-facing products with a strong focus on usability and product quality.
• Define and monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and product outcomes.
• Prioritize user needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Convert ambiguous problems into focused, executable releases.
• Use customer feedback and product data to improve the product continuously.
• Drive alignment with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Move quickly while maintaining a high standard for execution.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role owning a live software product.
• Strong product ownership, execution, scope triage, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• A record of building intuitive, customer-facing products.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to simplify complex problems.
• Experience using KPIs, usage data, and customer insights to guide decisions.
• Comfort working independently and asynchronously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with AI, data, developer tools, or technically sophisticated products is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering background or strong technical fluency.
• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, agents, data infrastructure, or analytics products.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1 and iterating based on real-world usage.

Work Terms

• Full-time, remote position.

Compensation

• Stated compensation range: $120, 000 to $200, 000 per year.
• The national base-salary range stated for this full-time role is $90, 000 to $120, 000.
• Eligible for equity compensation and possible performance-based bonuses.
• Benefits include up to 100% reimbursement of health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, and additional remote-workforce benefits.
