Product Owner

Role Overview

Shape intuitive, high-quality software products by translating complex problems into focused releases and continuous improvements. You will partner with engineering, data, and business teams to create products that users enjoy, balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints in a fast-moving remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.
• Build customer-facing products with a strong focus on user experience and quality.
• Define and monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and product outcomes.
• Prioritize scope across user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear, executable releases.
• Use customer feedback and product data to improve the product continuously.
• Partner closely with engineering and align stakeholders across teams.
• Move quickly while maintaining a high standard for product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role owning a live software product.
• Strong product ownership and execution, data-driven product management, scope triage and prioritization, and the ability to work quickly and asynchronously amid ambiguity.
• A record of building intuitive, customer-facing products.
• Strong product judgment, with the ability to simplify complex problems.
• Experience using KPIs, usage data, and customer insights to guide decisions.
• High initiative, strong written communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with AI, data, developer tools, or other technically sophisticated products is strongly preferred.
• Engineering experience or strong technical fluency is a plus, as is experience with AI/ML, LLMs, agents, data infrastructure, analytics products, or taking products from 0 to 1 based on real-world usage.

Work Terms

• Full-time, remote role.

Compensation

• Advertised annual compensation range: $120, 000 to $200, 000.
• National base-salary range for this full-time position: $90, 000 to $120, 000.
• Employees are eligible for equity compensation and may receive performance-based bonuses.
• Benefits include up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, and additional remote-workforce benefits.
