Productivity Software Specialist for AI Training

Contribute real-world productivity expertise to train next-generation AI systems by producing clear written content, organizing information, and coordinating collaboration across common productivity tools. This remote contractor role focuses on applying practical domain knowledge and strong communication to improve how models learn and reason. No prior AI experience is required.

• Produce high-quality written content and documentation that reflects accurate domain knowledge.
• Participate in discussions and provide feedback via Slack and other collaboration platforms.
• Review, edit, and improve project materials for clarity and accuracy using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Coordinate and track project activities with Google Calendar, Outlook, and Calendly.
• Use tools such as Notion, Confluence, and WhatsApp Business to share knowledge and support workflows.
• Contribute to ideation and brainstorming sessions and recommend process improvements.
• Support project milestones through effective information management and clear communication.

• Required skills: strong written communication, practical domain expertise, familiarity with Slack, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: 2+ years using digital productivity tools such as Slack, Outlook, Notion, Confluence, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Canva, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, Calendly, and Loom.
• Attention to clarity and detail in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• Background in a specific domain or as a versatile generalist who brings practical, real-world insight.
• Proven ability to organize and synthesize information across multiple platforms and formats.
• Experience supporting projects with structured documentation, process refinement, or training resources.
• High school diploma or equivalent; diverse educational and professional backgrounds are welcome.
