Role Overview
Apply your production expertise to create realistic evaluation materials that help train and assess next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role draws on real-world film, television, digital, or live-event production knowledge. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and write evaluation tasks based on production-management scenarios, including budget reconciliation, schedule adjustments, and vendor or crew coordination.
- Source, create, and curate production artifacts such as budgets, contracts, call sheets, delivery schedules, and crew assignments.
- Define complete solutions and sound decisions that account for multiple production constraints.
- Create multi-item rubrics with 35 or more criteria to assess decision-making, constraint management, and reasoning on production deliverables.
- Document processes and workflows in clear, precise written English for benchmarking and technical review.
- Work with the project team to refine task design and align materials with current industry practices.
- Contribute insight into real production challenges so tasks remain authentic and rigorous.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of credited project experience in film, television, digital, or live-event production.
- Production mastery, strong production documentation skills, multi-constraint judgment, and vendor and crew coordination experience.
- Direct experience managing and reconciling production budgets, call sheets, and contracts.
- Ability to balance time, cost, and resource constraints while coordinating vendors and crew.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce production documentation and technical materials.
- Experience writing or evaluating multi-criteria rubrics or technical assessment tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote, asynchronous engagement.
- Strong analytical judgment and interest in building realistic, high-standard industry benchmarks.
Work Terms
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
- Compensation is based on completed tasks that meet project specifications. Completion time may vary by experience and workflow.
- Minimum submission requirements apply, including a minimum number of tasks submitted each week.
- Roles are typically filled within 48 hours. Selected candidates should be prepared to begin initial tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing the required setup process.
Compensation
$45 to $85 per hour.
