Role Overview
Apply architectural CAD and construction documentation expertise to produce high-quality real-world input that helps train and improve next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role focuses on detailed documentation across architectural, engineering, electrical schematic, and PCB-layout work. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets based on project requirements.
- Develop comprehensive CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes.
- Prepare accurate Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, GD&T, callouts for manufacturing documentation.
- Produce and annotate multi-sheet electrical schematics to industry standards.
- Design and review PCB layouts using best practices for manufacturability and functionality.
- Collaborate to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions.
- Deliver complete documentation packages that meet project milestones and quality expectations.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
- Proficiency with industry-standard 2D/3D CAD and PCB-layout tools.
- Ability to create and interpret GD&T callouts and complex schematic diagrams.
- Experience developing multi-sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within building projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability when managing multi-document sets.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Experience collaborating on remote, cross-functional projects is a plus.
