Architect for CAD and Construction Documentation

Deliver detailed CAD and construction documentation for architectural and engineering projects, and contribute that domain expertise to training next-generation AI systems. This contractor role focuses on producing high-quality floor plans, elevation sets, CAD drawings, GD&T callouts, multi-sheet electrical schematics, and PCB layouts to meet project milestones and technical requirements. No prior AI experience is required.

• Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets according to project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive 2D and 3D CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes.
• Prepare accurate Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, GD&T callouts for manufacturing documentation.
• Produce and annotate multi-sheet electrical schematics to industry standards.
• Design and review PCB layouts, applying best practices for manufacturability and functionality.
• Collaborate through exchanges to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions.
• Deliver complete documentation packages that align with project milestones and quality expectations.
• Provide expert, real-world input that will be used to improve how AI systems learn and reason.

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools for 2D and 3D CAD and for PCB layout design.
• Proven ability to generate and interpret GD&T callouts and complex schematic diagrams.
• Experience developing multi-sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within building projects.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multi-document sets.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience collaborating on remote, cross-functional projects is a plus.
