Architect for CAD and Construction Documentation

About this role
Deliver detailed CAD and construction documentation for architectural and engineering projects, and contribute that domain expertise to training next-generation AI systems. This contractor role focuses on producing high-quality floor plans, elevation sets, CAD drawings, GD&T callouts, multi-sheet electrical schematics, and PCB layouts to meet project milestones and technical requirements. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets according to project requirements.
- Develop comprehensive 2D and 3D CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes.
- Prepare accurate Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, GD&T callouts for manufacturing documentation.
- Produce and annotate multi-sheet electrical schematics to industry standards.
- Design and review PCB layouts, applying best practices for manufacturability and functionality.
- Collaborate through exchanges to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions.
- Deliver complete documentation packages that align with project milestones and quality expectations.
- Provide expert, real-world input that will be used to improve how AI systems learn and reason.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools for 2D and 3D CAD and for PCB layout design.
- Proven ability to generate and interpret GD&T callouts and complex schematic diagrams.
- Experience developing multi-sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within building projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multi-document sets.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Experience collaborating on remote, cross-functional projects is a plus.
