Role Overview
Apply your medical expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through authentic, high-quality professional documentation. Your contributions will help improve how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required, your medical domain knowledge is the focus.
Key Responsibilities- Provide original medical documents you personally authored, such as PDFs or Word files, for AI training use.
- Submit materials that demonstrate substantive medical writing, including case reports, clinical documentation, research manuscripts, and internal training guides.
- Include multimodal content where available, combining text with tables, charts, diagrams, figures, or other illustrative elements.
- Use professional judgment to protect confidentiality and rigorously remove sensitive or personally identifying information.
- Curate documents of varied lengths, ideally 10 to 100 pages per file, to support different training scenarios.
- Provide clear written context or clarification about submitted materials when needed.
- Contribute remotely as part of an AI training project.
- Advanced education, training, or credentials in medicine, healthcare, clinical research, or a closely related field, such as MD, DO, PhD, or RN.
- Extensive experience authoring, creating, or compiling high-quality medical documentation and technical reports.
- Strong medical writing and documentation skills, medical depth, and sound confidentiality and de-identification judgment.
- Knowledge of patient confidentiality and ethical documentation practices.
- Ability to communicate complex medical information clearly in writing and verbally.
- Experience integrating figures, visuals, and structured data into documentation.
- Comfort sharing a range of original portfolio documents in PDF or Word format.
- Experience as a medical practitioner, researcher, academic, or clinical documentation specialist is a plus.
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
$20 to $40 per hour.
