Role Overview

You will apply hands-on healthcare expertise to train next-generation AI systems by evaluating clinical materials, clarifying patient care scenarios, and producing accurate, structured medical summaries. Your domain knowledge will directly shape how models interpret clinical documentation, medical terminology, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze healthcare-related data, clinical documentation, and clinical workflows for accuracy and consistency.
  • Interpret medical terminology, patient care scenarios, and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Review clinical notes and records, identify inconsistencies, omissions, or items requiring clarification.
  • Prepare clear, structured summaries and explain healthcare concepts in concise language.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve healthcare-related processes and documentation workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable healthcare regulations, documentation standards, and compliance practices.
  • Maintain high attention to detail when evaluating medical information.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in healthcare, medical operations, clinical support, or patient care environments.
  • Clinical knowledge and practical patient care experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex healthcare concepts with empathy.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and common medical terminology.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and organizational abilities.
  • No prior experience in AI is required; domain expertise is the primary qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working remotely with healthcare or clinical operations teams.
  • Prior involvement in healthcare quality improvement or operational improvement initiatives.

Work Terms

  • Engagement type: Contractor, part-time.
  • Location: Remote.
  • Schedule: Part-time commitment, remote work expected. Specific weekly hours are determined by assignment and scheduling availability.

Compensation

  • Pay range: $15.00 to $25.00 per hour.
