About this role
Apply mechanical engineering expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated engineering content, workflows, and technical outputs. This remote role draws on hands-on experience designing tools, machines, mechanical products, equipment, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI-generated mechanical designs, technical drawings, system specifications, and other engineering artifacts for accuracy and quality.
- Compare AI responses for engineering rigor, design soundness, and specification precision.
- Review equipment-design, troubleshooting, and specification-compliance scenarios and provide expert feedback.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer, Product Engineer, Project Engineer, Test Engineer, or a closely related mechanical engineering professional.
- Experience designing, evaluating, or maintaining mechanical products, equipment, or systems, including interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong written English communication skills.
Work Terms
- Remote, hourly engagement with an immediate start.
- Commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
- Expected project duration of approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
Compensation
- Pay range: $70 to $110 per hour.
- Initial work is paid per task upon approval of the first task. Candidates who complete the first task within the required timeline may transition to hourly payment for the remainder of the project.
