Logistics and Planning Expert for AI Research

Logistics and planning professionals apply supply chain, production planning, and expediting expertise to create and evaluate prompts and large language model responses so AI better reflects real-world operational tasks and language across industries.

• Develop industry-specific prompts, scenarios, and test cases that reflect common logistical and production planning tasks
• Evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, feasibility, clarity, and adherence to domain norms
• Document errors, edge cases, and ambiguous model behavior with concrete examples and suggested corrections
• Provide domain expertise and feedback to research teams to improve AI performance
• Collaborate primarily via asynchronous communication with AI research teams as required

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in one or more of the following roles: Logisticians; Production Planning and Expediting Clerks
• Practical knowledge of logistics, inventory management, production scheduling, or expediting processes
• Ability to work primarily asynchronously and communicate clearly with remote research teams

• Remote, asynchronous engagement from any location
• Flexible hours with no minimum hourly commitment
• Year-round program with project opportunities opening periodically across different areas of expertise
• Placement into specific projects depends on project availability
• Typical project tasks include prompt development and evaluation of LLM responses

Up to $75/hr (depending on the project)

• F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects on this platform, but you must confirm eligibility with your Designated School Official
• If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, these projects may not satisfy that requirement
• STEM OPT is not supported
