Role Overview
Inventory Control Managers apply warehouse and inventory expertise to create and evaluate training content that improves AI performance on real-world inventory and warehouse workflows. This role focuses on designing realistic scenarios and assessing model responses for operational accuracy and relevance.
Key Responsibilities- Create expert-level training questions and scenario prompts grounded in actual warehouse and inventory management workflows.
- Review AI-generated answers for accuracy, operational relevance, and alignment with standard inventory control practices.
- Provide structured written feedback to help refine model outputs and improve future performance.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in warehouse or inventory management in roles such as Inventory Control Manager, Inventory Control Analyst, Warehouse Operations Manager, WMS Analyst, Distribution Center Supervisor, Materials Management Analyst, or Automation Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with workflows including inventory reconciliation, demand forecasting, and in-season reforecast.
- Familiarity with warehouse management and inventory systems such as Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Swisslog, HighJump, or comparable platforms.
- Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Location: Remote.

- Tasks are completed at your own pace, there is no set schedule and no minimum hour requirement, and work is performed asynchronously.
- Up to $80/hr (depending on the project).
- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate on this platform. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm your eligibility before applying.
