Human Resources Professional for AI Research

Human Resources Professionals can apply their business communication and strategic storytelling expertise to AI research projects, helping develop and assess work involving board-level presentations, strategic business cases, investor presentations, client proposals, and executive communications.

• Develop domain-specific prompts and evaluate large language model responses.
• Research topics of personal interest with AI assistance.
• Contribute HR and business expertise to AI work across disciplines while building new skills.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Human Resources Assistant or Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in a business-related field, such as an MBA, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management, Communication, or a similar discipline.
• Ability to work asynchronously with AI research teams.
• Deep experience creating board-level presentations, strategic business cases, investor presentations, client proposals, and executive communications.

• Part-time, remote, asynchronous work that can be completed independently from your location.
• Flexible hours with no minimum hourly commitment.
• Project placement depends on project availability.

Up to $75/hr (depending on the project)

• F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
• If your school requires a CPT course, the available work may not meet that requirement. STEM OPT is not supported.
