About this role

Role Overview

Human Resources professionals apply deep expertise in business communication, strategy, and corporate storytelling to develop and evaluate materials used to train and assess large language models. Typical work centers on crafting and reviewing board-level presentations, strategic business cases, investor presentations, client proposals, and executive communications for AI research projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop domain-specific prompts for AI models and evaluate model responses for quality, accuracy, and suitability.
  • Create and critique board-level presentations, strategic business cases, investor decks, client proposals, and executive communications.
  • Conduct topic research using AI assistance to inform content and evaluation criteria.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise and feedback to AI research teams while learning new skills across related disciplines.
  • Accept project assignments as they become available and deliver on project-specific objectives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years'' work experience in one or more of these roles: Human Resources Assistant, Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialists.
  • Bachelor''s degree or higher in a business-related field, for example MBA, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management, Communication, or a similar discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience building board-level presentations, strategic business cases, investor presentations, client proposals, or executive communications.
  • Ability to work asynchronously with AI research teams and independently manage tasks.
Work Terms
  • Remote and asynchronous work, perform tasks independently from any location.
  • Flexible hours with no minimum commitment to hours.
  • Part-time engagement.
  • Assignment to specific projects depends on project availability.
Compensation

Up to $75/hr (depending on the project)

Eligibility
  • F-1 students with eligible CPT or OPT authorization may qualify for project work. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility before beginning work.
  • If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, these projects may not meet that requirement.
  • STEM OPT authorization is not supported for these projects.
