About this role

Role Overview

Lead short, structured interviews to evaluate and document the fit of shortlisted subject-matter experts in Law, Finance, Healthcare, and Engineering for an AI pre-training data engagement. Your assessments will provide the program team with evidence-based recommendations about each expert''s domain depth, communication, and suitability for the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct approximately 20-minute structured interviews with shortlisted experts using a provided rubric, evaluating domain expertise, communication skills, and fit for AI evaluation tasks.
  • Confirm each expert''s availability, work authorization status, and any exclusivity constraints, and surface any red flags to the program team.
  • Assign a tier for each candidate: advance, hold, or pass.
  • Write concise, evidence-based summaries of each interview for the program team.
  • Coordinate scheduling within weekday business hours, with most interviewees based in Eastern Standard Time, and keep interviews on time while maintaining a warm, professional tone.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in recruiting, interviewing, or expert vetting, with comfort assessing senior professionals.
  • Strong verbal communication, structured judgment, and the ability to run professional conversations while keeping to time.
  • Availability that overlaps Eastern Standard Time business hours on weekdays.
  • Ability to commit reliably to about 10 hours per week, working fully remote.
  • Familiarity with evaluating domain depth and translating interview observations into concise, actionable summaries.

Compensation

  • Applicants should have EST-overlapping weekday availability and be able to commit to the stated weekly hours.
