Apply your event planning expertise to create realistic, professional interactions that train next-generation AI systems. In this remote contractor role you will simulate client and planner conversations, document standard workflows and challenges, and provide structured feedback and written examples that help AI models learn how event planning professionals communicate and solve problems.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in simulated two-way virtual conversations that replicate common event planning client interactions.
- Document and articulate standard event planning workflows, step-by-step procedures, and recommended solutions.
- Analyze client needs and propose event solutions that reflect real-world practice.
- Identify common hurdles in event coordination and describe creative, practical problem-solving approaches.
- Provide structured feedback on event planning conversations to improve AI responses and behavior.
- Produce clear written materials that model professional virtual communication.
- Collaborate remotely with the project team to refine deliverables as needed.
- Demonstrated expertise in event planning and coordination.
- Strong client communication skills and the ability to convey details clearly in virtual formats.
- Proven problem-solving ability for complex event scenarios.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Experience using remote collaboration tools and participating in virtual meetings.
- Background in training, coaching, or contributing to professional development content is a plus.
- No prior experience in AI is required; domain knowledge in event planning is the primary qualification.
