Entrepreneur for AI Business Systems Evaluation

The team operates an AI data lab focused on training frontier models and evaluating AI agents by converting real world subject matter expertise into high quality training data, evaluations, and feedback. Experts from domains such as finance, healthcare, and engineering contribute operational knowledge that improves how AI systems learn and perform.

• Evaluate and test real world business workflows, systems, and processes based on your operational experience.
• Assess project management, CRM, productivity, and SaaS tools using data and examples from your own business operations.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization, and provide detailed, practical recommendations.
• Analyze business data to assess tool performance, usability, and impact on operations.
• Document findings clearly for stakeholder teams, including step by step descriptions and evidence from your workflows.
• Engage in written and verbal communication to share insights and provide feedback on business systems.
• Contribute operational expertise to the creation of AI training datasets and evaluation materials.

• Proven, hands on experience operating a business, with direct involvement in business systems and day to day operations.
• Deep expertise in business operations, project management, and workflow optimization.
• Extensive, practical use and evaluation of CRM systems, SaaS tools, and process automation platforms.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from operational data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and thorough documentation.
• Ability to document, evaluate, and improve real world business processes.
• Access to real operational workflows and data for authentic testing and feedback.
• No prior AI experience required, domain expertise is sufficient.
