Role Overview
Apply enterprise marketing expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. You will create realistic, high-quality materials that reflect marketing workflows and business productivity scenarios. Prior AI experience is not required, your domain knowledge is the focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop realistic AI training data based on enterprise marketing workflows and business productivity use cases.
- Create marketing materials including campaign plans, stakeholder communications, reports, presentations, and project documentation that reflect industry best practices.
- Analyze fictional company contexts to write authentic user prompts and ideal AI responses for real-world marketing challenges.
- Provide follow-up recommendations and evaluate the quality of AI-generated responses and suggestions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing scenarios are accurate, relevant, and effective.
- Use structured thinking and analytical reasoning to improve AI training data quality.
- Use Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint, for content development and workflow documentation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional experience in enterprise marketing operations, business writing, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical reasoning skills and the ability to assess marketing content for clarity, accuracy, and impact.
- Experience with prompt engineering or writing prompts that simulate business scenarios.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly document creation and project-management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex marketing concepts clearly.
- Ability to create structured documentation, exercise sound professional judgment, and work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in product marketing, project management, or knowledge management.
- Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, or evaluation of AI-generated content.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level teams and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Work Terms
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $10 to $40 per hour.
