Experts contribute across domains to produce practical, enterprise-focused inputs that help AI systems handle real business scenarios.
Key Responsibilities- Develop realistic AI training examples focused on enterprise marketing workflows and business productivity scenarios.
- Produce marketing assets such as campaign plans, stakeholder communications, reports, presentations, and project documentation that reflect professional best practices.
- Analyze fictional company contexts and write authentic user prompts paired with ideal AI-generated responses aligned to real-world marketing challenges.
- Evaluate AI responses for clarity, accuracy, relevance, and impact, and provide insightful follow-up recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of marketing scenarios and outputs.
- Apply structured thinking and analytical reasoning to guide the design of training data toward optimal model performance.
- Use Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint, to create content and document workflows.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise marketing operations, content strategy, and professional business writing.
- Strong analytical reasoning skills, with the ability to evaluate marketing content for clarity, accuracy, and impact.
- Experience writing prompts or performing prompt engineering that simulates real business scenarios.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite for document creation and project documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to produce structured documentation.
- Sound professional judgment and ability to work independently in a remote contractor role.
- No prior experience in AI is required, domain knowledge is the primary requirement.
- Background in product marketing, project management, or knowledge management.
- Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, or prior experience evaluating AI-generated content.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level teams and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

- Pay range: $10.00 to $40.00 per hour.
