Role Overview
Apply professional event planning expertise to create realistic, scenario-based conversations and materials that train and improve AI systems'' interactions between event planners and clients. The role centers on participating in simulated two-way virtual dialogues, documenting standard workflows, proposing solutions, and delivering structured feedback. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in simulated client-event planner dialogues, providing authentic, scenario-based conversations that reflect real-world workflows.
- Document and articulate standard event planning workflows, common challenges, and practical solutions.
- Analyze client needs, propose event solutions, and outline step-by-step planning procedures.
- Identify frequent hurdles in event coordination and describe creative problem-solving approaches.
- Provide structured feedback on event planning conversations to help improve AI system responses.
- Contribute written materials that demonstrate clear, professional communication for virtual interactions.
- Collaborate remotely with the project team to refine deliverables as needed.
- Demonstrated expertise in event planning and coordination.
- Strong client communication skills and experience handling complex event scenarios.
- Proven problem solving abilities.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey details clearly in virtual formats.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and virtual meetings.
- Background in training, coaching, or contributing to professional development content is a plus.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, actionable insights on schedule.
