Apply your engineering and technical documentation expertise to help improve AI systems’ understanding of complex real-world content. You will interpret technical materials, create clear evaluation guidance, and turn specialized concepts into accurate, structured instructional content. No previous AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD outputs, schematics, project plans, and inspection reports.
- Create comprehensive rubrics and structured guidelines for evaluating visual and technical documentation.
- Explain technical diagrams, tables, and charts accurately, using appropriate field-specific terminology.
- Review, annotate, and clarify complex technical materials for data-labeling and content-understanding work.
- Collaborate with project leads and technical professionals to meet project goals and quality standards.
- Translate detailed engineering or construction concepts into clear instructional materials.
- Validate the accuracy and completeness of technical-documentation rubrics as part of quality assurance.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in engineering, construction, architecture, manufacturing, or a closely related technical field.
- Strong ability to interpret and create technical documentation, including blueprints, engineering drawings, CAD files, and schematics.
- Experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Architect, Industrial Engineer, Construction Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, or CAD Specialist is highly valued.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and precision in technical contexts.
- Ability to translate visual information and complex concepts into structured, understandable formats.
- Experience creating rubrics, checklists, or instructional materials for technical or educational purposes is a plus.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.
