Role Overview
As a Data Quality / CRM Operations Evaluator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of AI-generated work products, including documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Your expertise will be essential in assessing these outputs against established quality standards and providing valuable feedback.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts using domain-specific quality rubrics.
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in the outputs.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to enhance the quality of the work products.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Data Quality / CRM Operations.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and PowerPoint.
- Advanced degree (Master''s or higher) from a reputable institution.
This is a remote, hourly engagement.
CompensationHourly compensation ranges from $80 to $120.
