Role Overview
Help improve next-generation AI systems by turning real-world expertise into high-quality data, evaluations, and feedback that strengthen how models learn, reason, and perform. This remote, full-time role is designed for recent graduates with strong data, operations, and quality-management capabilities. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage data workflows for accurate annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to improve operational performance and support data-driven decisions.
- Analyze datasets, identify actionable insights, and present recommendations that improve efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives.
- Create and maintain reporting frameworks that track key metrics and workflow improvements.
- Refine processes to support scalability, data integrity, and quality standards.
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical aptitude and demonstrated experience in data analysis, annotation, workflow optimization, project management, data operations, quality analysis, or human data work.
- Familiarity with operational processes and an interest in improving efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and clearly communicate data-driven insights in writing and verbally.
- Strong learning drive, comfort working under pressure, and willingness to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills and close attention to data quality and validation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in engineering or another technical field with an operational focus or experience on human data projects.
- Experience with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or SQL.
- Internship or project-based experience in data management, AI/ML, or process optimization.
Work Terms
- Remote, full-time position.

Compensation
$60 to $130 per hour.
