This remote, full-time role is designed for recent graduates who are ready to build reliable data operations, improve workflows, and use insights to strengthen how AI models learn, reason, and perform.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and manage data workflows for accurate annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to improve operational performance and support data-informed decisions.
- Analyze datasets, identify actionable insights, and present recommendations that improve efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives.
- Create and maintain reporting frameworks that track key metrics and workflow improvements.
- Continuously improve processes for scalability, data integrity, and quality standards.
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical aptitude and demonstrated experience with data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with operational processes and a strong interest in improving efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights clearly and persuasively in writing and verbally.
- Motivation to learn, perform well under pressure, and work hard in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and close attention to detail when managing data quality and validation.
- Background in engineering or another technical field with an operational focus or experience on human data projects.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, or programming languages such as Python or SQL.
- Internship or project-based experience in data management, AI/ML, or process optimization.

$60 to $130 per hour.
