Corporate/M&A Lawyer for AI Evaluation

Role Overview

Evaluate how AI systems respond to practical UK corporate and commercial law questions. You will run identical prompts through two AI platforms, assess the responses side by side, and provide structured, written evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Run a set of prompts across two AI language model platforms.
• Compare each platform''s responses side by side.
• Score responses using the standardized rubric provided.
• Submit concise written feedback for every evaluation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primarily law firm experience in corporate, M&A, or transactional practice, with 3 or more years preferred.
• If currently working in house, you must have moved in house within the past 2 years and have prior law firm experience.
• Qualified to practise in the United Kingdom, with strong knowledge of UK corporate and commercial law.
• Native or fluent English with precise written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow a rubric, and meet deadlines.

Work Terms

• Remote role for candidates located in the United Kingdom.
• Hourly independent contractor engagement.
• Initial commitment of approximately 10 hours, with potential for additional work.
• All work is subject to a non disclosure agreement.

Compensation

£150 to £160 per hour.
