Role Overview
Apply corporate finance expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world finance tasks, solutions, and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Design demanding finance prompts and tasks reflecting investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance work.
- Create benchmark solutions in Excel and PowerPoint for evaluating AI outputs.
- Develop clear grading rubrics for transaction and financial modeling exercises.
- Build, modify, and review advanced models, including three-statement, valuation, LBO, M&A, and sensitivity analysis models.
- Produce client-ready transaction analyses, investment materials, templates, presentation decks, and supporting materials used in investment banking, private equity, and corporate development.
- Ensure deliverables are precise, unambiguous, and aligned with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including scenario analysis and model integrity checks.
- Ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations and investment decks.
- Familiarity with standard investment banking, private equity, and corporate development templates and processes.
- Experience supporting live deals, investments, or transaction execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently produce client-grade materials under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience evaluating or testing AI models, or developing technical prompts and assessments.
- Exposure to multiple finance domains, such as investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development.
- Experience creating training data or technical assessments for advanced technology initiatives.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $50 to $58 per hour.
