Role Overview
Convert real M&A, due diligence, and valuation engagements into structured, high quality training examples that teach AI to reason the way deal teams do. This role focuses on creating realistic deal scenarios, evaluating AI outputs for technical accuracy and professional judgment, and delivering written feedback. Work is performed remotely with asynchronous collaboration with the research team.
Key Responsibilities- Translate real transaction work into training data, including quality of earnings analyses, working capital and net debt analyses, financial due diligence findings, and valuation outputs.
- Design realistic scenarios and examples from your engagements, covering valuation models such as discounted cash flow, comparable companies, and precedent transactions, purchase price allocation and ASC 805 considerations, and deal or LBO models.
- Review and compare AI-generated advisory outputs for analytical accuracy, defensible assumptions, and sound professional judgment.
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback that improves how AI performs transaction advisory and valuation tasks.
- Collaborate asynchronously with the research team to iterate on prompts, examples, and evaluation criteria.
- Experience in transaction advisory services, such as Big 4 TAS or boutique advisory, or background in corporate development, investment banking, or valuation.
- Relevant credentials are a plus, for example CPA, ASA, ABV, or CFA, particularly for valuation-focused contributors.
- Hands on ownership of quality of earnings work, valuation models, or deal modeling in prior roles.
- Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
