Transaction Advisory and Valuation Specialist for AI Training

Help a leading AI research team learn how real-world deal professionals reason, by converting M&A, due diligence, and valuation work into structured, high-quality training data. This role focuses on translating hands-on transaction experience into realistic scenarios and clear feedback that improves AI performance on deal and valuation tasks.

Focus Areas

• M&A and transaction advisory
• Financial due diligence, including quality of earnings analyses
• Business valuation and valuation modeling
• Purchase accounting support, including ASC 805

• Create realistic, scenario-based training examples derived from your deal work, including quality-of-earnings analyses, working-capital and net-debt analyses, and documented financial due-diligence findings
• Design and translate valuation work into models and examples, such as discounted cash flow models, comparable company analyses, and precedent transaction analyses
• Prepare purchase price allocation and related ASC 805 support materials, and construct deal and LBO model examples
• Review and compare AI-generated advisory outputs for analytical accuracy, defensible assumptions, and sound professional judgment
• Provide concise, actionable written feedback to help improve AI performance on transaction and valuation tasks
• Collaborate asynchronously with the research team on task design and iterative improvements

• Background in transaction advisory (Big 4 TAS or boutique), corporate development, investment banking, or valuation
• Professional credentials desirable: CPA, ASA, ABV, CFA are a plus for valuation-focused candidates
• Demonstrated, hands-on ownership of quality-of-earnings analyses, valuation work, or deal models
• Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail
