Role Overview
Compensation Analysts review and analyze compensation data, pay structures, and market benchmarks to support project work that evaluates pay-related content and quality. This role is remote and performed on a part-time, project-by-project basis.
Qualifications- If your school requires enrollment in a Curricular Practical Training course for CPT, this platform may not satisfy that institutional requirement.

- Employment type: PART_TIME
- Up to $75/hr (depending on the project)
- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate in projects on this platform. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm whether your particular authorization applies.
- If your school requires a CPT course enrollment as a condition of CPT authorization, this platform may not meet that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported.

- Enroll in and complete onboarding for specific projects that match your skills.
- Begin assignments and receive payment for completed work.
