About this role

Role Overview

Design and operationalize practical compliance controls, checklists, and training materials for commercial teams, and contribute those outputs as high-quality training data for frontier AI systems. This role focuses on turning regulatory requirements and internal policy into clear approval steps, recurring controls, and operating cadence artifacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate regulations and internal policies into usable checklists, approval steps, and concrete examples.
  • Design and deliver compliance training, including materials and session facilitation.
  • Document and maintain recurring controls, control evidence, and control documentation.
  • Define RACI models, data checks, and approval workflows for operational processes.
  • Create monthly operating review calendars, agendas, and templates.
  • Facilitate team sessions, assign owners for actions, and track follow-ups to closure.
  • Explain requirements in plain language, identify ambiguities, and escalate legal questions when appropriate.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in business operations, internal controls, advertising or marketing operations, risk, or compliance program management.
  • Experience at one or more of the following types of businesses: media or publishing, advertising agencies, live events, consumer subscription businesses, regulated marketing or finance operations, or other organizations with substantial commercial compliance functions.
  • Proven ability to convert regulatory and policy requirements into practical checklists, approval steps, training, and recurring controls.
  • Experience with compliance training design and delivery, recurring controls and documentation, RACI definitions, data checks, approval workflows, and monthly operating review materials.
  • Strong attention to detail without creating unnecessary bureaucracy, and clear judgment about when to consult legal advisors.
Work Terms
  • Engagement type, hourly: this is an hourly, full-time engagement.
  • Engagement dates: 10 August 2026 to 4 September 2026.
  • Location: remote, candidates must be based in the United Kingdom and able to work UK hours.
  • Team rhythm: the project operates on a UK business-hours schedule, with live team sessions each working day and occasional evening messages.
  • End-of-project terms: two weeks of garden leave paid at the end of the engagement, with a one month non-compete running concurrently.
  • Successful contributions increase the likelihood of selection for future projects with the same team.
Compensation

150 - 150 hourly
