Key Responsibilities
  • Create and critique structured rubrics that analyze commercial drugs and drug-development programs.
  • Produce overall company and asset assessments, covering mechanism of action, clinical data interpretation, competitive position, and key value drivers.

  • Apply your assessments across the pilot set of companies, approximately 5 to 10 companies.
Qualifications
  • US-based biotech or healthcare investment analyst, ideally with a specialist-fund background.
  • Minimum 5 years experience evaluating biotech or pharmaceutical companies or assets.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with biotech and pharma development programs, clinical data, and commercial dynamics.
  • Ability to assess a drug asset and the company behind it end-to-end, including mechanism, clinical evidence, competition, and value drivers.
  • Deep US-market experience, or residency in the United States.
Work Terms
  • Engagement type, hourly paid pilot.
  • Estimated commitment, approximately 10 to 20 hours total over a 1 to 2 weeks pilot period.
  • Work is remote, candidates must be US-based or have deep US-market experience.
  • Assessment tasks will cover a small portfolio, roughly 5 to 10 companies during the pilot.
  • Strong contributors may be invited to recurring engagements as work scales.
Compensation
  • $120 to $200 per hour.
Eligibility
  • Must be US-based, or have demonstrable deep US-market experience.
  • Target candidate profile, a biotech or healthcare investment analyst with a specialist-fund background and at least 5 years relevant experience.
