Role Overview
Apply advanced physics expertise to improve how next-generation AI systems learn, reason, and perform. You will provide scientifically rigorous, real-world input that strengthens technical accuracy, depth, and relevance. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate physics data, concepts, and scenarios for AI training.
- Create, review, and refine advanced technical content and physics problem sets.
- Assess complex questions and model outputs, providing expert scientific feedback.
- Explain sophisticated physics theories and phenomena clearly for AI interpretation.
- Work with project stakeholders to align deliverables with evolving objectives.
- Support training-data quality assurance by identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics from an accredited institution.
- Extensive advanced physical-sciences experience, including strong theoretical and applied physics foundations.
- Advanced physics knowledge, scientific data analysis, technical writing, verbal communication, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly in writing and conversation.
- Experience developing or reviewing physics educational or technical materials.
- Demonstrated scientific research, problem-solving, adaptability, and proactive approach to new challenges.
- Familiarity with AI, data science, or digital training environments is helpful but not required.
Work Terms
- Remote independent-contractor engagement.
- Work is paid per task that meets project specifications, and completion time may vary by experience and workflow.
- Minimum submission requirements apply, including a minimum number of task submissions each week.
- Selected candidates are expected to begin initial tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing the required onboarding steps.
Compensation
Advertised compensation is $80 to $90 per hour, with payment structured on qualifying task output.
