Role Overview
Help advance next-generation AI systems by applying your real-world domain expertise to training data, evaluations, and feedback. This remote contractor role focuses on improving how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, critique, and create examples of AI model outputs across relevant domains.
- Evaluate, improve, and annotate datasets in collaboration with remote experts.
- Provide clear written feedback, rationales, and suggestions that support learning objectives.
- Write and refine prompts, questions, and tasks that test and extend AI reasoning.
- Contribute to ongoing testing of AI performance in realistic scenarios.
- Document findings, communicate progress with project stakeholders, and maintain accurate, engaging deliverables.
Qualifications
- Expertise in a specialized field such as science, education, law, engineering, or writing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, and close attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver nuanced feedback and explain reasoning clearly.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, project-based setting and adapting to changing project guidelines.
- Data annotation, teaching, research, or technical writing experience is beneficial.
- Interest in the development and ethical use of AI technologies.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
- $100 to $180 per hour.
