Role Overview
Wholesale Order Clerks apply their order-processing and customer-service expertise to evaluate AI-generated outputs and improve model performance for wholesale ordering workflows. No prior AI experience is required. You will use your field knowledge to judge model responses, create realistic prompts, and provide structured feedback that helps the model understand real-world tasks and language used in wholesale order processing. The program runs year-round, with new project opportunities opening periodically.
Key Responsibilities- Create prompts that reflect wholesale ordering scenarios and common workplace tasks.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, completeness, tone, and relevance to wholesale order tasks.
- Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve model outputs.
- Assess content related to your field and document examples that demonstrate correct or incorrect model behavior.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project teams to refine tasks and evaluation criteria.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in wholesale order processing, customer order management, or related roles.
- Relevant job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Processing and verifying customer orders by obtaining and entering necessary information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinating with other departments to manage inventory, expedite shipments, and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
- Preparing and filing documentation, computing charges, and recommending additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Comfort with asynchronous work and the ability to follow written instructions and evaluation guidelines.
- Engagement type: Contract, part-time.
- Location: Remote, asynchronous work from any location you are authorized to work in.
- Hours: Flexible scheduling with no minimum commitment; most contributors average 5 to 20 hours per week.
- Placement: Assignment to specific projects depends on project availability; applying now does not guarantee immediate placement, additional projects open periodically.

Eligibility- Applicants must have authorization to work on the contract tasks in their location.
- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate, but you must confirm eligibility with your Designated School Official. If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that requirement. STEM OPT is not supported.
