Role Overview
Wholesale Order Clerks apply their order-processing and fulfillment expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs for wholesale operations. In this contract role you will create prompts that reflect real-world wholesale tasks, review AI responses for accuracy and usability, and provide structured feedback that helps models better understand order entry, inventory coordination, shipment expediting, customer communication, and documentation workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Design and refine prompts that reflect wholesale order-processing scenarios.
- Evaluate AI model responses for correctness, completeness, and alignment with real workplace procedures.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve model behavior and language for wholesale tasks.
- Use your domain knowledge to judge whether outputs follow standard practices for order verification, inventory management, and shipment handling.
- Document examples, edge cases, and common errors to guide future model training.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in wholesale order processing, fulfillment, customer service, or related functions.
- Relevant real-world responsibilities may include processing and verifying customer orders by obtaining and entering necessary information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Experience coordinating with internal departments to manage inventory, expedite shipments, and respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
- Experience preparing and filing documentation, computing charges, and recommending additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work asynchronously with AI research partners and provide timely, detailed feedback.
- Contract, part-time engagement, performed remotely and asynchronously.
- Hours are flexible with no minimum commitment; most participants average 5 to 20 hours per week.
- Placement is project-dependent. Projects run year-round and new opportunities open periodically; being accepted does not guarantee immediate placement.
- This is an hourly, temporary AI research assignment conducted as a contractor engagement.

- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate; consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
- If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported for this program.
- For clarification on supported work authorizations, consult your school DSO or the program''s eligibility documentation.
- Create an account with the program and complete identity verification.
- Select and onboard into relevant projects when you are matched or when projects become available.
- Begin work on assigned tasks and receive payment for completed hours.
- Placement timing depends on current project availability; additional projects are posted periodically.
