Sociology Professor for AI Model Evaluation

Sociology professionals can apply their expertise to contribute to AI research projects that enhance the understanding of workplace tasks and language in their field. This role allows you to evaluate AI model outputs based on your professional experience, providing structured feedback that helps improve AI systems.

• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect sociological concepts and practices.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Engage in independent, asynchronous work from any location.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of AI applications within the sociology domain.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in sociology or related fields.
• Experience in preparing and delivering lectures, conducting research, and advising students.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with AI labs.

This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours. There is no minimum commitment, but most participants average between 5 to 20 hours per week. Project availability may vary, and new opportunities will open periodically.

Compensation is up to $90/hr, depending on the project.
