Role Overview
Apply your subject-matter expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, evidence-based research, analysis, and feedback. This remote contract role supports work across domains including finance, healthcare, STEM, engineering, legal, and policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis in your area of expertise.
- Evaluate and synthesize academic literature, legal documents, and industry data to inform project outcomes.
- Prepare, format, and review complex Word and PDF documents, including tracked changes, form filling, formatting, PDF editing, and data extraction.
- Translate complex findings into clear, concise reports and presentations that meet Fortune 500 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams, including legal, healthcare, policy, and finance professionals.
- Ensure written deliverables are accurate, consistent, and aligned with designated guidelines.
- Maintain professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in academic research, legal, policy, healthcare, or a related field.
- A master’s degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution.
- Advanced Word and PDF document-review skills, including tracked changes, formatting, data extraction, and document review.
- Strong academic research, literature review, synthesis, report-writing, and presentation-development capabilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce polished, client-ready work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and remote work independently.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on complex deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or supporting Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience with legal, healthcare, policy, or financial-operations document workflows.
- An active publication or presentation record in academic or industry settings.
Work Terms
- Remote independent-contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $20 to $55 per hour.
