Role Overview
Apply subject matter expertise to produce high quality, evidence based inputs that train and evaluate next generation AI systems. This role focuses on conducting deep literature and document review, preparing client ready Word and PDF deliverables, and translating complex findings into reports and presentations used by multidisciplinary teams and Fortune 500 level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in depth research and analysis in your area of expertise, producing evidence based insights and synthesis.
- Evaluate and synthesize academic literature, legal documents, and industry data to inform project outcomes.
- Prepare, format, and review complex documents in Microsoft Word using advanced features such as tracked changes and precise formatting, and edit PDFs including form filling and data extraction.
- Produce clear, concise reports and slide presentations that meet Fortune 500 standards.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project guidelines in all written deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including legal, healthcare, policy, and finance professionals to meet diverse project needs.
- Maintain professional written and verbal communication with project stakeholders and team members.
- Manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline driven environment, demonstrating strong time management and attention to detail.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience in academic research, legal, policy, healthcare, or related sectors.
- Master''s degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Word advanced features, including tracked changes and complex formatting, plus PDF editing and data extraction.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver high quality, client ready outputs on deadline.
- Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
- Prior involvement in legal, healthcare, policy, or financial operations document workflows.
- Active record of publication or presentations in academic or industry settings.

Pay range: $20 to $55 per hour.
Eligibility- This role is offered as an independent contractor engagement. Candidates must be able to contract and work remotely from their place of residence under contractor terms applicable in their jurisdiction.
