Real Estate Concierge for AI Training

About this role
Real Estate Concierge professionals apply guest services and property-focused client support expertise to evaluate AI model outputs, create realistic prompts, and provide structured feedback that improves model behavior for real estate and hospitality tasks. No prior AI experience is required; you will use your domain knowledge to judge model responses, suggest improvements, and help shape how AI handles real-world concierge scenarios.
Key Responsibilities- Review and rate AI-generated content related to concierge and real estate scenarios for accuracy, relevance, tone, and usefulness.
- Develop prompts that reflect realistic field situations and evaluate model responses to those prompts.
- Provide clear, structured feedback that identifies errors, gaps in understanding, and opportunities to improve model outputs.
- Document examples and edge cases from your professional experience to help refine training data and evaluation guidelines.
- Work asynchronously with research teams to complete evaluation tasks and follow project-specific instructions.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in concierge, guest services, property management, or related client-facing roles.
- Relevant background examples include assisting guests with local information and reservations; arranging special events or unique services; supporting guests with special needs; running errands and handling luggage; and providing business or administrative services to clients.
- Ability to work independently and reliably on asynchronous tasks in collaboration with AI research teams.
- No previous AI or machine learning experience required; willingness to learn evaluation methods and project-specific guidelines.
- Location: Remote, asynchronous work.
- Employment type: Part-time, contract.
- Hours: Flexible, no minimum commitment. Most contributors average 5 to 20 hours per week.
- Project availability: Assignments run year-round and open periodically across areas of expertise. Placement into a project depends on current project availability; applying now does not guarantee immediate placement.

- F-1 students may be eligible if they have appropriate CPT or OPT authorization. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm whether a given project meets your school requirements; if your school requires an associated CPT course, this program may not qualify. STEM OPT is not supported.
