Role Overview
Real Estate Concierge professionals apply guest-service and property-support expertise to evaluate and improve AI model outputs for real estate and hospitality scenarios. No prior AI experience is required. You will use your real-world knowledge to judge model responses, develop realistic prompts, and provide clear, structured feedback that helps models understand workplace tasks and language.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate AI-generated content related to real estate, concierge, and guest services roles.
- Create prompts that reflect realistic scenarios from your field, then assess model responses for accuracy, tone, and usefulness.
- Deliver concise, structured feedback that identifies errors, gaps, and improvements the model should learn.
- Apply your professional judgment to ensure outputs align with common practices for reservations, guest services, special requests, and property support.
- Complete tasks asynchronously and independently according to project instructions and quality standards.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in concierge, guest services, property support, or related roles.
- Relevant real-world responsibilities may include one or more of the following:
- Assisting guests with information on local attractions and making reservations for dining, events, and travel.
- Fulfilling unique requests, arranging special events or services, and supporting guests with special needs.
- Performing errands, handling luggage, and providing business services.
- Comfortable working asynchronously and following project-specific guidelines.
- Location: Remote, asynchronous work.
- Engagement type: Contract, part-time.
- Schedule: Flexible, no minimum weekly commitment; most contributors average 5 to 20 hours per week.
- Typical tasks: developing prompts and evaluating AI responses that reflect your field.
- Project availability: Placement depends on open project needs. Projects run year-round and new opportunities open periodically; if you are not placed immediately, additional projects may become available.

- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate. You must consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
- If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this work may not meet that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported for this role.
