Real Estate Concierge for AI Training

Real estate professionals can leverage their expertise to contribute to innovative AI training projects. In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated outputs related to your field, assess relevant content, and provide structured feedback to enhance the AI model''s understanding of real estate tasks and terminology. This project-based engagement is ongoing, with opportunities available throughout the year across various specialties.Key Responsibilities

• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect your field of expertise.
• Evaluate AI responses and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Work independently in a remote and asynchronous environment.
• Engage in flexible hours, averaging between 5 to 20 hours per week, with no minimum commitment required.
• Learn new skills while influencing how AI is utilized in the real estate sector.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in real estate or related fields.
• Experience in assisting clients with information on local attractions, making reservations, and fulfilling unique requests.
• Ability to handle additional tasks, such as running errands and providing business services.
• Willingness to participate in asynchronous work with leading AI labs.

Work Terms

This position is fully remote and allows for asynchronous work. You will have the flexibility to choose your hours and work from any location.

Compensation

Compensation is set at up to $60/hr, depending on the project.

F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may qualify for projects. Please consult with your Designated School Official to confirm your eligibility. Note that STEM OPT is not supported.
