Telemarketer for AI Model Training

Telemarketer professionals can apply their skills to contribute to AI training projects by evaluating AI model outputs and providing structured feedback based on their industry experience. This role allows you to leverage your professional background to enhance AI understanding of workplace tasks and language, without requiring prior AI experience. The program offers ongoing project opportunities throughout the year across various fields.

• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect your field.
• Evaluate AI responses and provide clear feedback to improve model performance.
• Work independently in a remote and asynchronous environment.
• Engage in flexible hours, averaging between 5 to 20 hours per week, with no minimum commitment.
• Participate in client or market surveys to gather information about potential customers.
• Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in telemarketing or related fields.
• Experience in contacting businesses or individuals by telephone to solicit sales or donations.
• Ability to obtain and record customer information accurately.
• Strong communication skills to explain products or services and answer customer inquiries.
• Experience in maintaining records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
• Capability to schedule appointments and follow up on sales contacts.

This position is remote and allows for asynchronous work, providing flexibility in your schedule.

Compensation is up to $60/hr, depending on the project.

F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may qualify for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility. Note that STEM OPT is not supported.
