Procurement Clerk for AI Model Evaluation

Procurement clerks can apply their purchasing and supplier-management experience to help evaluate and improve AI-generated work related to procurement operations. No prior AI experience is required.

In this remote, asynchronous, project-based engagement, you will assess AI model outputs in your field, review procurement-related content, and provide clear, structured feedback that improves the model’s understanding of workplace tasks and terminology.

• Create prompts for AI models that reflect real procurement work.
• Evaluate AI responses for quality, relevance, and accuracy.
• Draw on experience tracking requisitions, contracts, orders, and purchase orders.
• Apply knowledge of organizational and government purchasing requirements and accurate purchasing-record maintenance.
• Use experience evaluating supplier bids and performance, resolving delivery issues, and supporting inventory management and cost efficiency.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in procurement-related work.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams.

• Remote and asynchronous, allowing you to work independently from your location.
• Flexible hours with no minimum commitment; most projects average 5 to 20 hours.
• This ongoing, project-based work may be completed alongside primary employment.

Up to $75/hr (depending on the project).

F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility. If your school requires a CPT course, this work may not meet that requirement. STEM OPT is not supported.

Projects are available year-round and open periodically across areas of expertise. Placement depends on project availability; if a suitable project is not currently available, additional projects may open later.
