Procurement Clerk for AI Model Evaluation

Procurement professionals can apply their expertise to contribute to AI research projects by evaluating AI model outputs and providing structured feedback. This role allows you to leverage your professional experience without needing prior AI knowledge, as you help enhance the understanding of workplace tasks and language within AI systems. The program operates year-round, offering flexible project opportunities that align with your expertise.Key Responsibilities

• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect your field of work.
• Evaluate AI responses and provide clear, structured feedback.
• Manage procurement processes, including tracking requisitions, contracts, and orders.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Assess supplier bids and performance, resolving delivery issues to optimize inventory management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in procurement or related fields.
• Experience in managing procurement processes and ensuring compliance with purchasing rules.
• Ability to work asynchronously and independently in collaboration with AI labs.
• F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may apply, but must verify eligibility with their Designated School Official.

Work Terms

• This is a remote and asynchronous position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
• Flexible hours with no minimum commitment, typically averaging 5-20 hours per week.
• Project placements are dependent on availability, with new opportunities opening periodically.

Compensation

Up to $75/hr (depending on the project).

F-1 students must confirm their eligibility for CPT or OPT with their Designated School Official. Note that STEM OPT is not supported.
