Role Overview
Administrative and Support Professionals apply operational and clerical expertise to evaluate and improve how AI systems understand real-world administrative tasks, documents, and workplace language.
Key Responsibilities- Develop industry-specific prompts and example tasks that reflect real administrative workflows.
- Evaluate large language model responses for accuracy, relevance, tone, and adherence to professional standards.
- Provide detailed feedback and annotations to help refine model behavior on clerical, HR, insurance, and brokerage tasks.
- Contribute domain knowledge across multiple projects and industries as opportunities arise.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following roles: File Clerk; Human Resources Assistant, Except Payroll and Timekeeping; Insurance Claims and Policy Processing Clerk; Brokerage Clerk; Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist.
- Comfort with primarily asynchronous work, and the ability to communicate and collaborate remotely with research teams.
- Location: Remote, work from where you are based.
- Employment type: Part time.
- Asynchronous schedule, flexible hours, no minimum weekly hour requirement.
- Project placement is dependent on availability; the program runs year-round and new project opportunities open periodically across different specialties.
- Up to $75/hr (depending on the project).
- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may qualify to participate, but you must confirm eligibility with your Designated School Official. If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course for authorization, this program may not meet that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported.
- Create a candidate profile and complete the required identity verification.
- Review available project categories and enroll in projects that match your background.
- Complete any project-specific onboarding, then begin assigned tasks and receive payment per project.
