Role Overview
Administrative and Support Professionals apply their office, HR, insurance, and clerical knowledge to evaluate and create industry-specific prompts, review AI model outputs, and help improve how AI systems understand real-world professional tasks and language.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and refine industry-specific prompts and task descriptions to guide large language models.
- Evaluate and rate LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to real-world professional practices.
- Provide domain expertise from administrative, HR, insurance, and clerical perspectives to improve AI performance.
- Participate in asynchronous review and feedback cycles, and learn new skills related to AI evaluation across industries.
- Minimum 4 years of professional work experience in one or more of the following roles: File Clerks; Human Resources Assistants, Except Payroll and Timekeeping; Insurance Claims and Policy Processing Clerks; Brokerage Clerks; Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialists.
- Able to work primarily asynchronously, collaborating with AI research teams and project leads.
- Location: Remote, asynchronous work from any location.
- Employment type: Part time.
- Flexible hours, with no minimum hourly commitment required.
- Project placement is dependent on project availability, the program runs year-round, and new project opportunities open periodically.
- Up to $75/hr (depending on the project).
- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate. Confirm eligibility with your Designated School Official, because if your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not satisfy that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported by this program.
