Role Overview
Provide high-quality, expressive Bahasa Indonesia voice recordings to train and evaluate next-generation text to speech models, including voice cloning for customer experience AI agents. This role is remote, audio-focused, and suited to experienced voice professionals who can deliver consistent, natural, and varied performances across multiple sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Record clear, natural, and expressive voice samples across diverse scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional styles
- Demonstrate control of tone, pacing, pronunciation, intonation, diction, and emotional range
- Maintain consistent voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions
- Follow detailed recording guidelines for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting
- Perform multiple takes when requested, providing variations in emotion, emphasis, and style
- Female, native Bahasa Indonesia speaker, currently based in Indonesia
- Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting
- Access to a professional or near professional recording setup, for example a quality microphone, quiet recording space, and pop filter
- Ability to follow scripts precisely while keeping delivery natural
- Reliable availability for the project duration and across recording sessions
- Important, your voice may be cloned for a client s CX AI agent, please apply only if you consent to voice cloning
- Fluency in English in addition to Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets
- Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper
- Ability to perform multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm
