Role Overview
Provide high-quality vocal performances to help train next-generation AI systems and support creative projects across commercial, narrative, and character-driven work. You will interpret scripts with emotional nuance, follow direction, and deliver professionally recorded audio from your personal studio. No prior AI experience is required; domain knowledge and voice acting expertise are the priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform scripted material across genres, delivering emotional range and consistent character work.
- Adjust vocal tone and style according to direction to achieve specified creative outcomes.
- Participate in live direction sessions with clients and creative leads to refine performance.
- Record professional-grade audio from a home studio, ensuring technical clarity and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with writers, producers, and sound engineers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Revise and re-record lines as needed to reflect client feedback and project objectives.
- Maintain organized audio files and communicate promptly throughout production cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to perform with wide emotional range across diverse content types.
- Proven skill following detailed vocal direction and modifying performances on request.
- Experience using professional voice recording software and home studio equipment.
- Portfolio of previous voice acting work spanning commercials, narration, character work, or similar projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication, reliability, and time management for remote work.
- Attention to pronunciation, pacing, and vocal consistency.
- Background in theater, broadcasting, or media performance.
- Multilingual ability or proficiency in multiple dialects.
- Experience with ADR, animation, or interactive media voice work.
- Engagement type, contractor role, remote work.
- Must record from a personal studio environment capable of producing professional-grade audio.
- Pay range: 20 to 50 hourly.
- No prior experience with AI is required; applicable domain knowledge and voice acting experience are the primary qualifications.
